These owners wanted to make their screened in porch a more functional, true living space.  We were able to close in the walls, add fully insulated windows and doors, tile the floor, and add the decorative ceiling.  We were also able to add heat and air conditioning to make this a comfortable place to relax and enjoy the outdoor views.
