Phase 1: Kitchen Remodel

This beachside home transformed from 80’s drab to mid-century FAB!

The homeowners had a vision of an airy, stylish and timeless design.

The Innovative team installed custom cabinetry with simple slab front doors in a warm natural wood with a beautiful contrasting natural stone countertop and simple black finishes. New flooring throughout created a cohesive look and with zero transition between rooms.

Fine details that most people may not identify at first glance, well those are our specialty!

Like swapping out dated moldings and baseboards for a craftsman style really does wonders to transform a space. New black hinges and doorknobs easily adds a design element that most overlook. A fresh coat of a warm white paint throughout finishes off the project beautifully and bounces the Florida sunshine in and around this beautiful new kitchen. The result? A functional and inviting space that feels effortlessly modern while giving a subtle nod to mid-century design. It’s the perfect blend of style, simplicity, and soul. We love this kitchen! The homeowners loved it so much that they decided to lend their home once again to the Innovative team the following summer for a 2-bathroom remodel!

Phase 2: 2 Bathroom Remodel

We returned to this home to remodel a master bathroom and guest bath.

There was an intentional focus on implementing an aging-in-place design.

We believe great design should not only look good, it should support your lifestyle now and in the years to come. This master bathroom was thoughtfully remodeled with to be both stunning and smart, blending comfort, safety, and a timeless look. The spacious layout for this masterpiece included a roomy, zero entry shower with step-free access that was created with all of this in mind and the addition of stylish grab bars offer security without sacrificing design! Lighting in this bathroom was not only to add ambiance but for improved visibility. The guest bath mimics the design elements in the master bath. We love the cohesive flow that this promotes. “Themed” bathrooms are creative and fun, but a timeless look that helps all the spaces of the home flow together, that is a beautiful thing! Both of these spaces prove that functionality and beauty can coexist. Whether it’s for aging gracefully, recovery, or simply wanting a space that adapts with time, these bathrooms were built to meet the moment—and every moment after.
